He is a graduate of the University of Lagos with a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance, MSc. in Accounting and an Alumni of Lagos Business School (AMP). He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institutes of London & Nigeria, Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Certified Institute of Pensions and an Associate Member of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. A fellow of the institute of Taxation and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He started his insurance career in 1989 and worked in various capacities before joining the team that founded the re-engineered Fountain Insurance Brokers in1997. He was responsible for setting up the Broking Technical and Finance Groups of the Company at inception. He is presently the Managing Director | CEO of the Company .

He holds a Higher Naonal Diploma (HND) in Insurance. He is also an Associate Member of Th Cerfied Pension Instute of Nigeria. Ayodeji started his insurance career over 20 years ago broking sector of the insurance industry and he is presently the Execuve Director with the responsibility of coordinang and supervising the broking operaon, and Branches.

A graduate from Edo State University, Ekpoma with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting / Finance. She is an Associate of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Portfolio of Nigeria and a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. An Associate Member of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator, she started her career with an Auditing firm in 2000 and joined Fountain Insurance Brokers in 2002. She is presently the Company Secretary and also supervises and co-ordinate activities in Finance/ Corporate Resource Units.

A Master of Science (Msc.) Degree Holder In Insurance & Risk Management, a graduate of Higher Naonal Diploma In Insurance, Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Postgraduate Diploma In Educaon, Advanced Cerficate In sales & Markeng, and an associate member of Chartered Insurance Instute of Nigeria, Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers, Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria and Institute of Chartered Portfolio Management of Nigeria as well as Proficiency Certificate In Management. He started his insurance career in 2008 with Oceanic Life Assurance as an Executive Marketer and has worked in various capacities in Life assurance presentations to prospective policyholders before joining Fountain Insurance Brokers in 2009. He is currently the Group Head, Broking Operation..

A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University Ogun State with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounng. He started his Insurance career over 20 years ago, he has cognate experience in the broking sector of the insurance Industry. He has served in various
departments in the company in various capacies and presently he is DGM of the Northern Region.

Oluwakemi holds a Higher Naonal Diploma (HND) in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic. She is an Associate member of the Cerfied Pension Instute of Nigeria(CPIN) and also the Adversing Praconers Council of Nigeria (APCON). Her journey into the insurance industry began over 25 years ago in the broking sector where she rose through the ranks, had a stint in the media industry and le as the Sales & Marketing Manager of Complete Sports Newspaper.
